Federal Tax Credits

• 10% of costs of materials up to $500, for weatherization and insulation,

• $150 for High-Efficiency Furnaces, must be at least 95% efficient,

• $300 for Bio-Mass Stoves (like pellets), must be at least 75% efficient,

• $300 for Water Heaters, Energy Factor ≥ 0.82 OR a thermal efficiency of at least 90%,

• $200 for Windows and up to $500 for Energy Efficient Doors
